1997 - 30" x 34"

The idea for this quilt and the techniques came from the book ‘Mirror Manipulations’ by Gail Valentine.

It contains the fabric I bought at the exhibition which inspired me to start quilting. (The woman who sold it to me suggested I buy a yard of the one material I fell in love with - so I did - what excellent advice! - although it took another 2 years before I cut into it!)

Machine pieced and hand quilted.
