I made this especially for my sister Angela and her husband
Martin for Christmas 1998. Each cat is made in a different fabric which has some
meaning to their lives - music, pottery, butterflies, cats. The cat blocks are from the book The Cat's Meow by Janet Kime and I spent a very enjoyable 2 years (on and off) making it! |

This cushion is 12"x18" (photographed on my first quilt which is still unfinished!) The black background is machine stipple quilted. This was made for Mel (who plays Flugel Horn in the Amersham Brass Band as a good luck present when she left for university (she is studying animal science and will become a vet.) |
