Will at 5 days old

I made this log cabin quilt especially for baby Will Matthew Fowlis who was born on 11 August 1998.
It is machine pieced using paper foundations, which I drew and printed out using QuiltPro, and each block is 6" square.

The centre of each block is teddy bear.  I really enjoyed making the quilt - it now belongs to someone very very special.

For Beth Florence - born 5th April 2000

Beth is Will's younger sister - and she is adorable.  This quilt is for her - I hope she likes playing with it.  I had enormous fun collecting all the fabrics and making it for this very special little girl.
